Madrid-born Ortega plays right-handed. She won the FIP World Cup with Spain in 2014, 2021, 2022 and 2024. Her Premier Padel titles include the 2023 Italy Major and the 2024 Genova and Newgiza P2s. She reached the Paris Major semifinals in September 2026.
